This is the true albino Super Delta Betta fish. The fish has transparent tails, fins, and red eyes. The complete lack of pigmentation in their scales and fins gives them clear scales and pink skin. The super delta looks very much like a delta betta. However, the main difference is that a super delta has a flared tail that spans between 120 to 160 degrees.
