Beautiful Nature Picture with Portland Head Light
Allpicts.in – I would like to share with you this high-resolution picture of Portland Head Light. This picture was taken from my friend’s GPlus account. A picture of a historic lighthouse in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. The lighthouse sits on a head of land at the entrance of the primary shipping channel into Portland Harbor in Casco Bay. The lighthouse looks amazing with its view and the colorful sky.
Portland headlight was completed in 1791 and it is one of the oldest lighthouses in Maine. The lighthouse may be easily photographed from many areas within the park. With over 90 acres of recreational space, there are opportunities to picnic, fly a kite, stroll paths, tour the arboretum, walk the cliffside loop, and do other activities.
