Allpicts.in – Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana) is the most popular Yoga pose for relieving back pain. Cobra pose can be a great counteraction to stretching out your spine and chest. In Bhujangasana, your spine is extended, as in all prone backward-bending poses. It would be best if you always took it slowly and never pushed your body into a deeper backbend. In case you feel discomfort or even pain in your back or neck.
